We fill and ship orders within two business days of receipt of order. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery (longer for remote areas or to the United States). We cannot guarantee delivery time.
For deliveries in Canada, we charge a shipping and handling fee of 12 per cent of the total cost of the items that you are ordering, subject to a minimum fee of $6.00. For example, if the total value of the goods that you order is $75.00, then the shipping and handling fee will be $9.00 (12% of $75.00). However, if the total value of the goods that you order is $35.00, the shipping and handling fee will be $6.00.
For deliveries to the U.S., a shipping premium may be applied.
Shipping and handling fees are subject to the applicable sales taxes.
